I work with nonprofit leaders and cause-based organizations to clarify vision, build fundraising strategies, and design events that move people to action.
I've been in nonprofit leadership since 2006. In 2011, I helped establish Gospel, Inc., a grassroots mission serving people experiencing homelessness. During its formative years, I shaped the vision, built partnerships, and brought together funders, operators, and community leaders around a shared direction.
That work secured multi-million dollar funding to establish Gospel Village, a permanent supportive housing community that has since outlasted my own tenure.
That decade of building shaped how I work today: grounded in reality, attentive to people, and focused on clarity before momentum. I work alongside nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to clarify vision, shape business plans, and build practical blueprints for fundraising and growth.
Defining the singular purpose the mission exists to serve, and shaping a strategy that aligns everything to it. This work brings precision to where the organization is headed and builds a coherent structure around that purpose.
Translating strategic direction into a clear, fundable case for support. This work defines what is being funded, why it matters, and how people are invited to participate. For large-scale projects, this extends into capital campaign architecture.
Designing intentional experiences that move people from understanding to belief and action. Events or immersive moments that embody the mission and generate shared meaning, conviction, and momentum.
A focused working session designed to establish direction before momentum builds. It clarifies the singular purpose the mission exists to serve, what matters most right now, and what kind of work should follow.
Not a pitch. Not a presentation. It's the point where orientation happens.
If you're leading a nonprofit, planning a fundraising campaign, or shaping an event that needs to land, I'd like to hear about it.
